How do I determine if my PC supports an M.2 SSD?

Please check the motherboard’s spec to see if it has an M.2 slot and supports NVMe M.2 SSDs. This drive are available for Windows 8 and up or are built into the OS. We do not support using this drive with Windows 7 and any version of MacOS

Why does the performance of my NVMe drive decrease as the workload increases?

During heavy workloads, the drive heats up, and the firmware may throttle speeds to maintain safe temperatures. If performance drops, ensure the SSD is cool and consider increasing fan speed.

What should I do if my system doesn’t recognize the M.2 SSD after installation?

To use an M.2 SSD for the first time, format and partition it using the “Disk Management Tool”. Afterward, access it in “Windows Explorer”. Ensure the SSD is compatible, update drivers, and check for BIOS updates to verify proper connection.
